- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unprofessional and a rip-off. I was charged $550 for a simple return, and the preparer took three personal phone calls while doing my return. I called to pick them up, and the person thought I was someone else and proceeded to have a private conversation about drug usage. This place is nuts. Avoid.By Janet Totten, July 22, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Made an appointment for 3:00. Was there on time and had to wait an hour. Other people came in after me and then got called back before me. When I asked I was told they will see me when they are ready to see me. I left and will not go back to h&r block again. Very bad service.
