- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Left work early to submit my passport application yesterday. Showed up at 3:30 and they supposedly close at 4. The lady in the passport who was helping no one proceeded to yell at me through her closed door that she was closed and would not help me. I said you still have 30 minutes, but still she did nothing. If you need to a passport in Norman you are much better off going to OU. They are extremely nice and helpful. DO NOT use the post office on Gray Street.By Billy Reinhart, June 12, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would love to rate 0 star if google has this choice! Not for USPS, but the guy I met today! The African American guy is RUDE and IMPATIENT. After I didn't get what he means I said sorry, then he started to complain to his colleagues:"Kids today are blah blah blah". Oh yes international students use second language study at OU and pay double tuition, this is how you treat us for contributing economy.
