- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Voted Best Place to Work.. It is easy to see why. I have never come in contact with an organization that cares more for it's customers, or it's employees. From day 1, they want to know what is going on in your life, what your goals are and what makes you happy. The majority of the clients have been with Nextep for many years, some even for over 15 years. One of the best compliments I ever received was that a particular company "would not have made it through their transition and merger with another company, without the help of Nextep." The President/CEO genuinely cares for his employees, as well as clients. He takes a great interest in the well-being of both. Nextep is a company where EVERYONE is happy for your success, and you have the support of the entire company in times of need. Nextep has opened doors for me and given me opportunities for personal growth that I never thought possible. They are EXTREMELY customer oriented, professional, knowledable, and quick to respond and help with any of my needs or requests.
