- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called 10 min before closing to ask if there was a line for a drivers license renewal. The woman said with a crappy attitude "no but it's because we close in 6 minutes".... it was 5:50 so she was just trying to get me not to show up. I went anyway. Got there at 5:55. It turned 6 and I was waiting for my license to print. The SAME woman turned off the lights while I was sitting there waiting. I got my license at 6:02. She just couldn't wait. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service! I spoke with Whitney who before I could even finish explaining why I'm calling interrupted and told me I needed to come in to fill out a paper. When I finished explaining she put me on hold for ten minutes. I hung up and called back and was placed on hold again without even asking. When Whitney got back on the phone after i hung up and called again, she said she doesn't remember what my concern was about and if I don't want to be on hold to come in. Never once did she pull up my record or actively listen to what my concern was. This type of service is beyond me.
