  It was fast and simple with no headache. They worked with us really well on the financing. They didn't try to push us into something we didn't want or anything like that. We told them what we wanted and that's all they showed us. We were in and out with a new car that was everything we asked for within 3 hours.

  I just attended the New Owner Celebration Thursday night which happened to be Henry's last class before retirement. He was so honest and down to earth that it was refreshing. Even enjoyed his corny jokes, and loved his reference to NCIS! I learned about Toyota Care which is amazing and never offered from other dealerships when I have bought cars in the past. Joe Wood and Laurie (I think was her name) were wonderful to work with when I bought my Camry. They went beyond the call of duty to help me buy this cute little car. I will always recommend Fowler Toyota to anyone and everyone who are interested in buying a car.

  I'd be giving this a 1 star if the salesman that helped me wasn't involved. I had been in contact with them about a Tundra for a little over a week. We live an hour away and I wanted more details on the vehicle and what room there was for negotiations. They assured me great shape, etc. They also said they only negotiate in person. So I finally schedule a test drive today. What they called a "VIP" test drive ;) so they had much needed fair warning it was going to have a very interested buyer in this vehicle. I get there and open the door and I swear it had such a stinch smell to it I could hardly breathe. The salesman actually commented on it before I did. There was dog hair everywhere, it hadn't been touch by anyone for a cleaning job, there were cracks in the front windshield, the transmission had a leak. All ready for my VIP test drive! I wish I could mention in enough detail the smell of the inside of this truck. I'll NEVER give Fowler any business, this is a major lack of care or concern for their customers and inventory to say the least. Plus this truck has been sitting on their lot for 2 months, you'd think they would figure out why it's not selling.
