- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Probably a fair place to do business unless, a car salesman refers you to his buddy that runs this place to get insurance on a new vehicle. I found a truck I really wanted and everything worked out perfectly including the "4x4 quote" I received by the Allstate Rep owner. Once I made the purchase of the insurance premium and pickup, I got home and decided to review all of the paperwork just to make sure I had everything in line. Come to find out, the "quote" was for a 4x4 and the premium I paid for was for a 2wd... Called the allstate rep owner the next morning due to it being after hours and asked what the messup was about because the policy numbers were the same but the VIN on the quote was different from the Premium I paid for. Allstate rep owner stated that he accidentally got a 5 mixed up with an "S" in the VIN on the premium. I call now call BS on his statement because the big packet I received in the mail has a COMPLETELY different VIN minus the first 3 number and letters than what was on my quote. Needless to say, make d*mn sure to check over all of your papers after buying Insurance from them (or anyone). I decided to back out on the deal I made on the 4x4 because of this issue and cancelled my Premium although it wasn't even for the truck I bought.By Jacob Dillon, October 09, 2016
