- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had to wait for 10 min (not in line), just because they were inside talking and laughing. After that, the lady in the counter was complaining why I chose the last hour to stop by (it was 4 pm and they close at 4.30). They don't even have general information for simple things like renting a PO box, and the only answer she had was sending me to check online or go the main office. Really poor service, she seemed to hate her job and looked more interested in their conversation rather than serving costumers.By Henry Galvis, September 23, 2017
