  I ordered a new debit card, Brian sent it to the wrong address. Instead of fixing it on the spot He told me to write it down. The card never came the address on my account was never changed. Two weeks of waiting without access to my account is in unacceptable.

  04/12/2016 Garbage customer service *Joshua * was helping me at 1:50 pm. After 7 minutes of waiting in the lobby with no teller at the front desk, when he popped out, he gave no apology, there wasn't even a greeting , this bank just went downhill in the past few years, as far as customer service is concerned,... Avoid this bank... There are plenty of other options for you. Total garbage,

  Emily who doesn't even work there all the time and gladly told me she was a floater set up my account. As an OU student I went to this bank so I wouldn't pay fees at ATMs on campus. Worst mistake ever. She said it wouldn't be a good idea to do a student account so I listened to her like an idiot. I kept receiving service charges when she said I wouldn't if I had a direct deposit but left out the fact it had to be over 250$ As a part time waitress that is never the case for me. Oh and they put the wrong name on my debit card. I went in to cash a check and they gave me 3 dollars in quarters because they ran out of 1 dollar bills which is laughable since they're a bank. Worst bank ever. Switched to Chase after 6 months of nothing but problems.
