- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful customer service. Sent my wife in to withdraw money to pay for our new carpets tomorrow (I'm at work and can't get away), and they treated her like a fraudulent criminal. Her signatures were "slightly different" which evidently means they can have 4 people hover around you while you desperately try to prove who you are. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am done with this bank. Really, it seems like you go out of your way to make it harder. I'm located in Oklahoma, I called three different branches today, none of them answered. I was left with the option, make an appointment for later, or call back. No. I'm a pretty calm person but I had a question about my account that COULD NOT WAIT. My other option is to wait 1+ hours for your 1800 number to answer my phone call. Additionally, your Norman Oklahoma location makes me wait at least thirty minutes to go inside and cash my checks. I am switching banks. But thought you should be aware of the total lack of customer service I've received from your establishment. I am beyond annoyed, and have plenty of patience but it has wore thin. I've been a customer of yours for the past 6 years and each year it seems I feel more discouraged with the service I received.By Ali Dudley, October 12, 2016
